Established In 1974 in the region "Pays de la Loire" in France, the family bakery became Brioche Pasquier, a company specializing In the production of "Vienoiserie"(such as Brioche, croissant, pain au chocolat etc). Nowadays, Brioche Pasquier has 3 main business divisions, Brioche, Pastry (frozen) and Biscotte. They follow the traditional production method by adopting the new technology and the original ideas in order to keep the quality and the authenticity of their products.

For Japanese market, Brioche Pasquier presents "Bisoctte", which is a popular food product in France. "Biscotte" means "Bake twice", be literally, they bake the bread dough, slice and toast at the end. Please enjoy it nicely crisp and light texture.
