Pelazza is a long-established anchovy maker founded in Santoña, Spain, in 1915. Santoña is a port on the northern Spain coast, world-wide famous for its anchovies. Many fishermen established themselves there from the end of the 19th century, especially from Italian origin exporting anchovies in salt to their homelands. Domenico Pelazza was one of them.

85 years later, the brand became one of the leading anchovy brands in Spain, and joined Consorcio goup, another Santoña important anchovy maker in 2004.

Today Pelazza is bringing you its anchovies in oil, carefully prepared following traditional methods mastered for more than a hundred years.
