Clement Faugier was established in in Pirvas, a small town in Ardeche Prefecture (France) in 1882.

This region is well known as high quality chestnut growing area. Initially, they started producing marrons glaces and 3 years later, they launched the famous "Chestnut cream (Creme de marrons de l'Ardeche)", which has been loved by everyone for more than 120 years because its traditional and authentic taste. Clement Faugier does not use any additives in their products and try to keep to the maximum the original taste of chestnut. The genuine professional in producing chestnuts products.
